Lee Chapel North: Parkland and Open Spaces

From around the late 1950s into the 1960s during the creation of the Lee Chapel North housing developments by Basildon Development Corporation, various areas of land were set aside for the creation of play areas and recreational open space.

The largest of these areas was the open space off Little Lullaway with various small parks at various locations within the area including Capelston, Jermayns, Wickhay, and Yardeley.
