High Road, Langdon Hills, shops, houses, businesses and public buildings between the former Langdon hills Primary School and Laindon Station.

For the properties between Crown Hill and the former primary school follow this link.

Please note: This is a work in progress with updates as information becomes available. Where it exists, photographic evidence of the shop nameboard has been used in the naming of many of the businesses. An example is Luff's, a drapery and millinery business established by Henry Luff circa 1904. Other additional information where known is also included with each property.

Other points of interest:

1) Milton Avenue no longer exists. A new road constructed in the 1970s called Valence Way follows part of its course.

2) Osborne Road no longer exists, its junction with High Road is now the southern end/beginning of Valence Way.
